1. Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)

Stand-up paddleboarding (also known as “SUP”) is great outdoor activity that can be done on almost any body of water. SUPing is a great source for exercise and is fairly easy to do and can be enjoyed by mostly all ages.
