I am far from a nutritionist. In fact, I could use one myself. I am struggling to drop postpartum baby weight and between that and really finding the time to workout enough, like many Americans, I’m struggling. However, that doesn’t mean that I can’t at least attempt to make healthy decisions when it comes to my food. Even when I travel! I get it. Sometimes I say, “Why even bother?” when it comes to eating healthily on a road trip. But honestly, I lack serious will power at times and if I “open the door” to junk food and snacks while traveling, it is difficult to close that door again. So here, we go…I’ve got a few no no items that I would stay away from if you are road tripping. Feel free to leave a comment and add to the list!
